Everyone says it was an accident, it was set up to look like an accident but he knows that she was slain by a hunter. He spent the next three years hunting his wifes killed, and drowning in booze and self depression. It was then that the Head Master of Dreamscape located him and offered him a job, something to throw himself into so that he'd be able to get out of that rut. He enjoys teaching and loves being able to share his knowledge of magic with the newest generation of supernatural beings.
